Cover grey and lighten hair

HI all,

I have medium brown hair with a little bit of grey - maybe 10%.  I'd
like to cover the grey, and at the same time go perhaps one, at most
2, shades lighter on my hair overall.

Any ideas on products to use to get to where I want in a subtle way?
