I had success removing a keloid on my left ear by massaging olive oil
into it every day.
And, by that I mean really working the keloid, not just dropping a bit
of oil onto it and
leaving it be. It took about a month, but slowly the thing began to
drain and collapse.
It's been over a decade and still no keloiding.
However, if your jewelry isn't fitting properly and is continually
irritating your ear, the
only way to stop your keloiding may be to remove or change the jewelry
you use.
Good luck!
