Neither one of them have any sort of responsibility of "coming clean"
to you or anyone else. And Shannon did NOT build the beast that is
BME. The BME staff did, putting out the fires that he started
constantly
for years. Shannon's ego was it's foundation, but the actual work
was
almost everyone BUT him.
And by the way, despite what Lish (and others) will tell you, Shannon
gave BME to Rachel back when he was paranoid about getting arrested
for putting up beavershots without asking for ID. That was a number
of
years ago. He gave it to her, as he told me (and many others) more
than
once, because it would be better for BME if Rachel was arrested and
put
in jail rather than Him, since he was so essential to running it.
Wasn't that sweet of him?
Ah well, it's poetry now, and to my taste, its very, very sweet.
